I recommend the Full package if you're newer to holistic health, if you'd like more guidance throguh your protocol, or if you're just wanting a more in depth understanding. The Express package is a great option for someone who has worked with a holistic provider in the past and has a baseline understanding of nutrition and metabolism. 
 
While I do offer payment plans upon request, I recommend the Express package for anyone who may be on a strict budget or needs support on a quicker timeline.
