With it's sedative, tonic, and nervine properties, Lemon Balm assists with calming the nervous system and lowering blood pressure. Lemon balm may also counteract the effect of histamines, relieving allergies and gut irritations. Lemon Balm is also a great source of balanced electrolytes to support deeper hydration.

Dosage is very dependent on bioindividual desires and results. Tinctures should never be taken sublingually unless you need emergency immediate relief. The tissues under the tongue and in the mouth are very fragile. Continued direct exposure to alcohol based products can damage these tissues. Always dilute tinctures in warm water before consuming. Drop desired amount into a small cup of warm water, and allow to sit for 5-15 minutes before consuming. Take 1-5 times daily to relieve symptoms.

Alcohol based tinctures have an infinite shelf life when stored properly. Be sure to keep the lid screwed tight to prevent evaporation, and store in a dark location. You may also store in the refrigerator if desired, but refrigeration is not required.

To Use: Dilute desired dose in a small amount of water, tea, or juice before taking. As with all tinctures, begin slowly with dosing, increasing dose every 30 minutes until you find relief. Tinctures may be dosed more often throughout the day than typical allopathic medication as symptoms persist.
