Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) is a functional test that provides insight into your body's personal system functions. A hair sample is used to evaluate the mineral content in your soft tissues. After clear interpretation, we can begin a path towards optimal health based on real time data!

With HTMA testing, we can learn about your specific metabolic rate, energy levels, adrenal and thyroid function, stress levels, blood sugar balance, detox-ability, digestive health, and immune function, to name a few.
While it can be helpful to simply see the different levels of each mineral, I want to look deeper at your mineral ratios and their relation to your heavy metal load. From there I can formulate a nutrition and supplementation plan to best suit your needs.

The Essential Wellness package includes:
- Intake Interview & Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire Review: This questionnaire reviews organ system operations, and helps us uncover areas of imbalance and nutritional gaps.
- Daily Food Journal Review: This journal assesses hydration, sleep, mood, and overall nourishment. This helps us find patterns leading to chronic systems, and make bio-individual recommendations based on your needs and preferences.
- Complete HTMA Test Kit & Instructions: Everything you need to cut your hair sample and send it to the lab will be delivered directly to your home. Simply follow the instructions, fill out the form and send it in!
- Analysis Reports: You will receive PDF copies of your HTMA lab results, a 10-15 page HTMA review report, and my recommendations report.
- Unlimited Messaging and Support: You will have unlimited messaging support for 4 weeks following the Report & Recommendations Call through email or the Signal app (text & voice messaging).
- Discounted Supplements Dispensary: Your holistic protocol will include supplements and herbal supports that are always available at a discount so you can more effectively support your healing.

You will also have unlimited messaging support for 4 weeks! This package does not include a live phone call, you will receive all reports and recommendations in PDF form via email.
What should I expect?
Within 24 hours of purchase, you will receive a FREE download of my Beginner's Guide to Holistic Wellness. This will give you a few tools and protocols to begin while we wait for your HTMA results from the lab. You will also receive an Intake Interview and Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire form as well as a Daily Food Journal to fill out. This is where you'll tell me all about your health history, your goals, and what symptoms you may be experiencing. It's lengthy, but I need as much information as I can to create a thorough protocol.
Your complete HTMA kit will arrive in the mail shortly. Simply cut your hair sample and mail it directly to the lab with the included postage paid envelope.
After I receive your HTMA results from the lab (1-2 weeks), I will create an in-depth analysis review as well as a complete holistic protocol of recommendations to support your symptoms and test results. Your 4 weeks support time will begin after you receive these reports, and you will also receive accompanying guides to support the implementation of your new protocol.
I typically recommend an HTMA re-test 4-6 months after beginning your new protocol. This allows us to monitor your progress and make adjustments as needed. HTMA re-tests are available in a separate package option for existing clients only.
What is the investment?
The Basic Minerals package is a total of $350. This does not include the price of supplements or additional optional lab work. Custom payment plans are available. Please reach out via the Client Inquiry Form prior to booking a service.
Do you offer other additional testing?
Yes! I have a few options for additional lab work that we can include in your package. These labs are purchased separately through a third party provider. You can add on labs like DUTCH plus Cortisol (available in the Minerals & Hormones package), various blood panels (thyroid, Vitamin D, etc.), G.I. Map (gut health), and more. If you are interested in additional testing, please reach out via the Client Inquiry page prior to booking a consulting service. State restrictions may apply.
It is important to understand that HTMA is not a diagnostic lab. It can not be used to diagnose or treat any disease or condition. HTMA is a functional lab, and may be used in conjunction with other modalities and treatments. Please consult your preferred medical practitioner before beginning any new or complementary protocols.
