Deeply Rooted is a blend of some of nature's most nourishing herbs for scalp and hair health!

  • Rosemary is a popular ingredient in herbal hair formulations for its ability to stimulate hair growth. Rosemary boosts circulation when applied topically, bringing more blood flow to the scalp, feeding hair follicles and nourishing the scalp. Rosemary's anti-inflammatory properties can also soothe the scalp, reducing irritation and dryness. Over time, Rosemary can strengthen the hair, reducing breakage and making it more dense overall.

  • Comfrey is naturally high in allantoin, which aids in cell regeneration and moisturization. It may even be effective against scalp condition such as eczema and dandruff. Comfrey is also high in vitamin A and plant proteins that condition the scalp, reduce hair loss, and naturally give the hair a lustrous shine.

  • Calendula Flower is highly moisturizing, and can ease dry and itchy scalp. Calendula can also support healthier hair follicles, increasing hair growth and density and reducing sheading. 

  • Jojoba Oil is ideal for scalp and hair formulations because it is able to deeply nourish without weighing hair down.

These scalp-loving herbs are steeped in golden jojoba oil, then single extracted to retain herbal essences within the oil. You may notice these properties as a slight cloud in the oil. No essential (volatile) oils are used in order to further protect the skin, leaving the natural mild scent of Jojoba and Rosemary.

** Some separation is normal. You may see some cloudiness at the bottom of the bottle. Rather than double and triple filtering for a “prettier” finish, I prefer to allow the beneficial herbal properties to remain within the oil. Be sure to shake before using to mix the oil thoroughly.

Ingredients: Organic Rosemary, Organic Comfrey, Organic Calendula Flower, Organic Golden Jojoba Oil

To Use: Before shampooing, apply oil directly to the scalp and massage in. Leave on for 10-20 minutes, then shampoo as  normal. You may also leave-in overnight or use with a hot damp towel to increase scalp treatment. Apply a few drops to hair shaft and ends to smooth flyaways and add shine. Use 1-3 times per week to balance natural oils, nourish scalp and hair, and promote hair growth.
